Budapest will be the Capital of Water again
Between 28 and 30 November Budapest is going to host again the Water Summit and will welcome the experts and decision makers responsible for water management from all over the world. The participants of the Summit are searching for answers to several questions, such as how the technologies of water industry can be implemented in the development plans of sustainability and how to make progress in the implementation of the water-related objectives stated the in the Paris Climate Agreement. Among other topics, there will be presentations on secure and affordable drinking water supply, the more effective way of water use, the improvement of water quality and the effects took by climate change on water resource management. As part of the Event, a Sustainable Water Solutions Expo will be also held aiming to exhibit the sustainable, environmentally friendly and innovative water management technologies. The Event will be hosted by the Millenaris Park. The Expo will be open to the public on the second and third days but an on-line registration is needed to be done in advance.
