The two-star Viennese chef, Korean, Russian and Albanian cuisine, and the best Italian champagne will also be present at the OTP Bank Gourmet Festival, organized at the Millenáris Park on May 16-19. This is the event where the country's outstanding chefs, winemakers, pastry chefs and fans of gastronomy will get together, already for the ninth time.
“This year the peppers, bread crumbs and beer will give some inspiration to the chefs at the OTP Bank Gourmet Festival.”
“Bread is sacred, has a symbolic meaning in gastronomy. For this reason, using dry bread is exciting”, says the host of the festival. He adds that paprika spice will also be a protagonist of the festival as all the world knows Hungary for this.
The third element, the beer will be there for being an important ingredient of salsas, soaks and sauces and also will have a significant role among the exhibitors.
